Sophia brings nearly three years of experience supporting C-suite executives. A Los Angeles native, she joined BayHawk Capital in October 2025. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Communications and minors in Business, Economics, and Psychology, where she served as President of her sorority.
