Rob has dedicated his entire 16+ year career to the alternative funds sector. Prior to joining BayHawk Capital, he spent eight years at Pacific Lake Partners as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In that role, he led and scaled the firm’s operations and finance functions from its early stages to managing over $1.6 billion in AUM.

At the outset of his career, Rob was a Senior Manager in EY’s Financial Services practice, where he spent eight years specializing in alternative fund managers and fund administrators.

Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Information Systems along with a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
