Doug co-founded BayHawk Capital in 2024, and has had a career in private equity spanning approximately 20 years. Prior to BayHawk, Doug served as a Managing Director at Thomas H. Lee Partners (“THL”), where he was a member of the investment team for almost 15 years. Doug has led investments and served on boards across multiple industry verticals including business services, consumer services and technology.

Prior to his tenure at THL, Doug worked at Goldman Sachs as an investment banker.

Doug holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Middlebury College.
